Access Your Client Portal

At the start of your case, you received two emails: one containing your username and another containing your password. It is important that you save these emails for future reference. If you have not received your login information, please contact the paralegal working on your case.

What Can You Do in the Portal

– Complete your online questionnaires
– Uploaded requested documents for your case
– Download copies of notices and submissions related to your case
– Check your case status with USCIS.gov

Getting Started

  1. Log in using the credentials provided in your emails
  2. Complete the questionnaires on the opening page of your Client Portal
  3. Submit the Statement of Truthfulness at the end. This step will notify your paralegal that your questionnaires are complete.

Once submitted, we’ll review your information and follow up with next steps.
If we are requesting you upload documents to the portal, you will see that list available after submitting your questionnaires.

Important Notes

In the questionnaires:

– Petitioner = Sponsoring family member
– Beneficiary/Applicant = Individual seeking immigration benefits

You can share any document with our office by selecting “Case Status” from the top of the page and scrolling to the bottom to use the “Document Upload” button.
