Sarah Logan
Senior AttorneySarah Logan practices immigration law exclusively with ten years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses as she guides them through complex immigration processes. She regularly appears in the U.S. Immigration Courts and represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service as well as at foreign consulates abroad.
Sarah is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College and obtained her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2007. During her undergraduate education, Sarah also studied at La Universidad del Mar in Vina del Mar, Chile.
She is admitted to practice in Colorado, as well as before the 10th Circuit. Sarah is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and regularly volunteers at Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence where she provides immigration clinics for battered women. She enjoys working with clients to develop comprehensive and compelling cases for waivers and cancellation of removal hearings. Sarah has been asked to lecture at many Continuing Legal Education Classes on asylum, waivers, removal defense work, courtroom advocacy, and law practice management and she has appeared as an expert witness in the field of immigration law in several Colorado Courts.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys mountain biking, trail running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Sarah is fluent in English and Spanish.
