Why We Use a Wait-list System
We understand that your immigration case is important and that you want to move forward as soon as possible. However, to maintain the quality of our work and give each client the attention they deserve, we limit the number of consultations we take each month. We do this by maintaining a monthly wait-list of clients who are ready to schedule their consultations. This system allows us to stay focused, organized, and fully dedicated to your case when the time comes.

How Our Consultation Wait-list Works
Every second Friday of the month, we open our wait-list for consultations. This wait-list allows potential clients to secure a consultation within the following 4 to 6 weeks. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Wait-list Opens: The wait-list becomes available on the second Friday of each month at 8:30 AM. If your call is placed on hold, do not hang up/call back, wait until we are able to take your information as to not lose your place in line.
  • First Come, First Served: Spots on the wait-list are limited, and we fill them in on a first-come, first-served basis for those who call our office at 303-494-5209 on the designated day. If you successfully join the wait-list, we will later call you to schedule your consultation when the appointment becomes available.
  • Consultation Fee: When we contact you for scheduling, a consultation fee of $200 or $250 will be required to reserve your spot. We will take your payment over the phone by credit card.
